Colt Conversion of a Pocket Navy Revolver. Post Civil War Conversion to .38 Rimfire. This revolver came to us in a large collection with an interesting typed card detailing the name of the owner in 1906 and its use in the San Francisco earthquake of 1906. The revolver has 98% original nickel, excellent cylinder scene, very good bore with very strong rifling. Numbers all match except wedge which has no number. Beautiful mellow original ivories are excellent and fit perfectly. Case is modern and looks really striking with the plush lining. Excellent Colt with history.
