Winchester - Model 1895

Serial number 82669. Made in 1915. 35 WCF with a 24” barrel.  This gun is in excellent condition as refinished long ago. Wood is good as refinished and the stock has been shortened. The receiver has a side sight added. Action works well. Bore is dark with strong rifling.

Serial number 404884B. Made in 1922, 30-06 caliber with a 23 ½” barrel. This gun is in excellent condition as restored. The frame is nicely engraved with scrolls and vignettes of a deer on the left hand side and a bear on the right hand side. Wood is excellent as refinished. Action works perfectly. Bore has strong rifling with some light pitting in the grooves.

Lever-action Winchester with 28" barrel. Made in 1900. The bore is very good, dark with strong rifling. The metal is mostly a gray-brown patina. The stock is good with some nicks and dings. The rear sight has been filled in and a rear peep sight has been added. Overall good condition.

Serial Number 418586. Made in 1926. 30-06 caliber with a 24” barrel. This is a rare takedown model with only roughly 800 or so of these guns. Very fine original condition with 98% of the original blue. Frame has 85% of the blue. Wood is very good as refinished. Action works well. Bore is excellent!

Serial Number 24842. Made in 1899. 38-72 caliber with a 26” octagon barrel. Octagon barrels are scarce with only roughly 1 in 29 guns having an octagon barrel. This gun is in excellent condition with 96% of the original blue. Wood is excellent. The lever is marked “KSM” on the left hand side which is a military contract inspected part used on this commercial gun. Action...

Serial Number 414303B. Made in 1925. 30-06 caliber with a 22” barrel. Very fine gun with 70% of the original blue. All markings are clear. Action works well. Bore is Very good.

Serial number 30027. Made in 1901. 30-40 Krag Caliber with a 28” barrel. Barrel has thinning blue mixed with a gray patina. Frame is mostly a gray patina. Markings are clear. Metal has spots of pitting. Wood is very good. Action works well. Bore is dark with strong rifling.

This 30 Government (30-40) Winchester Model 1895 saddle ring carbine is circa 1902. The approx. 22" round barrel has a good bore with strong rifling and frosting in the grooves. Winchester 1895 Saddle Ring Carbine .30-40 Krag Caliber. Made in 1931. .30-40 Krag caliber with a 22” barrel. Barrel has 50% of the original blue. Frame has approximately 40% of the original blue. This gun had a side mount on the left-hand side of the receiver, but has been removed and now has fill screws. Wood is very good. Action works perfect. Bore is excellent and bright and shiny!

Winchester 1895 Deluxe .30-40 Krag caliber rifle. Made in 1899. Has a 28” barrel. Beautiful gun in very good condition. Barrel has 90% of thinning blue. Frame rates at 25% original blue mixed with patina. Wood is excellent and has figure. This gun comes with a factory record check that confirms all features.  

Winchester 1895 Octagon Barrel .38-72 caliber rifle. Made in 1900. Has 26” octagon barrel. Octagon barrels are very rare in 1895s and .38-72 caliber is one of the rarest in Winchester 1895s. Barrel has 60% original blue. Frame has mostly a gray patina. Wood butt stock is very good with a coat of varnish. Forearm has been refinished.
