4" blue model made in 1969. Shows some carry wear, has about 92% blue finish. The grips are good with light wear and a couple of holes on the bottom, probably for some kind of badge plate. The bore and action are excellent.
This Third Issue Colt Officers Model Target 38 revolver is circa 1948. The 6" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. It is equipped with adjustable front and rear sights. The left side of the barrel is marked OFFICERS MODEL TARGET over .38 SPECIAL CTG. The barrel and frame sides have approx. 99% bright blue Colt finish while the top of the frame around through the trigger...
