Colt Single Actions - 1st Generation

1st gen Colt SAA revolver with 5.5" barrel, made in 1922. The bore is excellent. This is a "one number gun," having only one external serial number and was common in Colt SAA circa 1920's. The action works perfectly. the nitre blue screw are excellent. The frames case colors are lightly visible with some gray patina. The grips are excellent. Overall a very fine example.

Extremely rare Flat Top Target Bisley. Made in 1911. Has a 7.5" barrel with excellent bore, bright with excellent rifling. Has about 97% deep bright blue. The cylinder chambers are excellent. Grips are perfect, no chips, no cracks, no wear. Action works perfectly. Only 130 Flat Top Target Bisley's were made in this caliber. A very desirable Colt Single Action.

7.5" Bisley made in 1905. Has about 95% original blue. The nitre blue screws are perfect. Has 95% vivid case colors. The grips are perfect. The bore is excellent, bright with strong rifling. This is a very fine Bisley in top condition.

Very fine example manufactured in 1896 with 7.5" barrel. Bore is excellent. Action works perfectly. Metal has approximately 95% original finish. Serial numbers are matching including the grips. An excellent Flat Top in a scarce caliber. Approximately 96 were made in 38 Colt.

Made in 1901. 41 Colt with a 7 ½” barrel. Very fine example with very good original blue finish. The case colors have mostly faded, but some still remain in the protected areas. Grips show carry use. All numbers match. Action works well. Bore has light pitting with strong rifling.

Made in 1902. 41 Colt with a 4 ¾” barrel. Beautiful Factory engraved Colt Bisley Model with most of the original finish. This gun was engraved by Cuno Helfrict who was head of the engraving department at Colt. This gun has over 95% of the original factory blue and almost all of the case colors....

Manufactured in 1903. Barrel is 5.5". Bore has strong rifling and is bright and shiny. Action works perfectly. Metal has a thinning blue turning to patina on barrel. Cylinder has some light pitting and is the same patina color as the frame. Grips are very good, no chips or cracks. Good overall condition. A reasonably priced Bisley model.

Made in 1903. 38 Colt with 5 ½” barrel. Rare caliber with only 412 Bisley’s ever made in this caliber. Gun is in very good condition. Barrel and cylinder still have 85% of the original finish. Frame has been cleaned. All numbers are matching. Action works perfect. Bore is excellent.
